Job Summary: The Field Service Engineer II provides on-site support and technical assistance with various products and equipment. Responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality. The role involves analyzing failures, repairing or replacing components, and ensuring service meets quality and safety standards. The Field Service Engineer II also assists with customer training and documentation of service activities. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support & Maintenance - Install, troubleshoot, and maintain products and equipment on-site. - Analyze product failures and perform necessary repairs or replacements. - Conduct quality and safety inspections on serviced equipment. Customer Support & Training - Provide on-site support and answer product-related inquiries. - Conduct customer training on product features and maintenance. - Foster strong customer relationships and escalate complex issues as needed. Job Summary: The Field Service Technician III provides advanced maintenance and technical support for company products at customer field locations. This role is responsible for installing new products, enhancing existing ones, and delivering training and best practices to on-site personnel. The technician diagnoses malfunctions, conducts or schedules repairs, and recommends product replacements or upgrades when necessary. Detailed service reports are prepared to document visits, issues, and troubleshooting actions.
